This place is feels like home. The staff is very helpful and attentive. ( Sabria, and Desmond ) Are amazing and made this experience worth 5 stars. As an Army veteran I tend to have very high expectations. The food at the MOTO mart is better than expected and easy to walk to
Paletta and Cassandra went out of the way to help us get our groceries in our room! Everyone here is very gracious and kind! From the front desk to the housekeeping nobody has disappointed us.
I have been staying here for a few months now. It was very unpleasant in the beginning! Once they changed management and staff, this has been a great place to stay. The rooms are tended to better now! The place smells nice. The new GM, Brenda is well needed around here. She is very pleasant yet about her business. She runs a great ship! Paulette and Cassandra are the best front desk workers ever! They both bring comfort and peace to the premises! Kay does an excellent job keeping the place looking and smelling good!!
This is my 2nd time staying at Welcome Suites while in the process of finding a new home. My 1st time wasn't bad, but I can see the difference this time. The staff Cassandra & Paulette took great care of me when there was an issue with Hotels.com. They were friendly, patient, understanding, professional and GOT THE JOB DONE!! I can see an overall difference from my 1st stay, and im sure its because of them!
From my experience I have no complaints about this hotel, all the staff members are great and the rooms are clean good for a extended stay. Ms Paulette if my favorite desk worker be sure to go pay the a visit.
Clean and quiet, also on the cheaper side, whole kitchens, they are currently upgrading everything and these staff are great!!!

The front desk woman who is named Paulette is nice and respectful. She never been ride to anyone I have seen. Why is there so many negative reviews. R room was clean,now the inside of the oven could of been cleaner. The only thing I don't agree with here is,your allowance 2 toilet paper rolls and then there dollar. And to get your lines and towels washed r replace its 10 extra a week. But besides that I don't care for 9ne of the workers is kinda quite
